In light of Egypt's technological progress, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology launched the Egypt Digital Platform for Government Services to help citizens access various government procedures online from a single place.

To witness a daily increase in the number of users of the Egyptian government portal, it reached 3.3 million citizens who registered on the platform, and more than 8.3 million requests were submitted on the digital Egypt portal.

Therefore, in this report, we will list the services of the Egypt Digital Platform for Governmental Services.

More than 90 government services are available on the digital Egypt portal, including (documentation - social insurance - real estate registration - licenses - civil status services - real estate taxes - and others).

How to register on the digital Egypt portal with steps:

1- Enter https: //digital.gov.eg/

2- Log in to my account and then click on create a new account.

3- Then add your national number.

4- Then add the personal card information.

5- Then add your phone number and wait for the activation code to be sent.

6- Register a password of no less than 8 letters and numbers in English without spaces.

7- Add your email.

8- Then register with the email and password that you created in the previous step.

After creating your account on the digital Egypt platform, you will be able to obtain the portal services with the following steps:

- Choose the type of service, whether (documentation - real estate registration - renewal of the license or the national numbr).

- Follow the instructions that will appear to you to complete the data.

- Wait for a reply in time to receive your service.

1.      Vehicles

"Vehicles" service is a service for everything related to vehicles, including:

·        Complain about violations.

·        Renewing a driver's license.

·        Replacement for lost or damaged.

·        Payment of fines.

·        Drafting a vehicle sale contract.

·        Verify that the data of a particular vehicle is correct.
